We provide automotive locksmith services, including but not limited to key cutting, key programming, remote key replacement, and emergency lockout assistance. All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on the vehicle make and model.

4. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to confirmation.

Prices quoted are based on the information provided by the customer at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to amend the price if the work required differs from the original description.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.

If work has already been undertaken or costs incurred (e.g., ordering parts), these will be non-refundable.

Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Warranty and Liability

All new keys and parts come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or tampering.

Halo Car Keys is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our products or services.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure that they are the legal owner or have the appropriate authority to request key and lock services.

Any false information provided may result in cancellation of service and may be reported to the authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Halo Car Keys or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy
